This page is designed to assist Allways Travel Agents with the addition of our Scripts and Function Keys to MySabre. It expects the agent to have already installed MySabre and have it working. If any assistance is needed with that portion please contact the Sabre Help Desk at 800-331-7260.

Scripts:
Follow the steps itemized below to install scripts.

  1. Click on the AllwaysScripts.Zip File and select Save to Disk to download it to your PC. C:\Temp is OK
  2. Now open Windows Explorer and see if the folders c:\Sabre\Apps\Scribe\Compiled exists. If it does not then create it.
  3. Now navigate to where you saved the allwaysscripts.zip file. Right click the file and select Extract All
  5. Follow the instructions until you get to the Select a Destination File. Fill in the destination from above and click next.
  6. When they have finished extracting close the Extraction Wizard.
  7. Congratulations... You have now finished installing Scripts for MySabre

Function Keys:

  1. Right Click on the Function Key File and select save to disk to download it to your PC. Again, C:\Temp is OK
  2. Start MySabre
  3. While MySabre is up select Keys and then PFKey Options from the Menu
  4. Navigate to the PFKey file you downloaded in step 1 and highlight it and click Open
  5. When the Open Menu comes up click Save As. Another file menu will come up. Use it to Navigate to c:\Sabre\Apps\Emulater\Users\9999 (9999 is your Sabre ID).
  6. After saving the file if the PFKeys are not visible then go to Options and then Configuration from the Sabre Menu. Next to PF Key Labels select Right from the box.
  7. After clicking on OK you should now be all set up...
